  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached (including size labels and Meshkn brand tags), and in their original packaging (e.g., garment bags for dresses, dust bags for outerwear).
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2.2 How to Start a Return/Exchange
