Meshkn Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of women’s fashion items (including dresses, blouses, outerwear, and accessories) from Meshkn (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Order Placement & Acceptance

1.1 How Orders Work

When you add items to your cart, enter your shipping details, and complete payment, you submit an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if an item is out of stock, pricing has an error, or we suspect fraudulent activity).

1.2 Order Confirmation

We’ll send an email to your provided address within 1 hour of order placement to confirm we’ve received your order. This confirmation does not mean your order is accepted—we’ll send a second “Order Shipped” email (with tracking details) once we’ve processed and dispatched your items, which signifies formal acceptance of your order.

1.3 Pricing & Currency

All item prices, shipping costs (if applicable), and total order amounts are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but if a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we’ll notify you immediately. You may choose to cancel the order (for a full refund) or adjust the payment to the correct price—we will not process the order without your consent.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and we never store your full payment details on our servers.

2.2 Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the full order amount to ensure funds are available. This authorization is temporary—we will only charge your payment method once your order is shipped. If your order is rejected or canceled (before shipping), the authorization will be released (funds will become available again within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider).

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Order Processing & Dispatch

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships, which you can use to monitor delivery progress.

3.2 Delivery Timelines

After your order ships, delivery takes 6–12 business days to any destination worldwide. This timeline includes transit time with our trusted carriers and may vary slightly for remote regions (but we’ll notify you if significant delays are expected).

3.3 Shipping Costs

We offer global free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees; the total amount displayed at checkout (in USD) is the final amount you’ll pay.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility & Process

You may return any unused, undamaged items (with original tags attached and in original packaging) for a refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery. To start a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send a pre-paid return label (global coverage) and step-by-step instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label—we’ll confirm receipt within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse.

4.2 Refund Processing

Once we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets eligibility requirements, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account (timelines vary by payment provider: credit/debit cards may take longer than PayPal).

  • Refunds cover the full item price (in USD) and do not deduct any fees (since shipping is free).
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Item Availability & Backorders

5.1 Stock Updates

We update our website inventory regularly, but occasionally an item may be out of stock after you place an order. If this happens:

  • We’ll notify you via email within 24 hours.
  • You may choose to wait for the item to be restocked (we’ll share an estimated restock date) or cancel the item (for an immediate refund).

5.2 Backorder Requests

If an out-of-stock item is available for backorder (noted on the product page), you can still place an order. We’ll ship the item within 5–7 business days of restocking, and delivery will follow the standard 6–12 business day timeline. You’ll be notified when the backordered item ships.

6. Title & Risk of Loss

Title to your purchased items (and responsibility for loss or damage) transfers to you once the item is delivered to your shipping address. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, follow our Customer Service Policy to request a replacement or refund—we’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you.

7. Cancellations & Changes

7.1 Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement by emailing [email protected] with your order number. After 2 hours, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be canceled (but you may return the item once delivered, per Section 4).

7.2 Order Changes

We cannot modify orders (e.g., size, color, shipping address) after 2 hours of placement. If you need to adjust your order, cancel it within the 2-hour window and place a new order with the correct details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Meshkn is liable for delivering items as described and processing refunds/returns per these Terms. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs hold, natural disasters, carrier delays).
  • Damages to items caused by improper use or care after delivery.
  • Indirect losses (e.g., inconvenience, missed events) related to order issues.

Our total liability for any order-related claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected items (in USD).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally (e.g., to reflect new policies or regulatory changes). The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and the “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through informal negotiation first—if no resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Los Angeles, California (per the rules of the American Arbitration Association).
