This policy outlines our shipping options, timelines, costs, and more, so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to delivery.

1. Shipping Eligibility & Coverage

We currently offer shipping to locations within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and select international countries. To check if we ship to your location:

  • During checkout, enter your shipping address—our system will automatically confirm if delivery is available.
  • If you don’t see your country/region listed, email our team at [email protected]—we’re constantly expanding our shipping coverage and can share updates on future availability.

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international freight forwarders. All orders must be sent to a physical residential or commercial address.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need time to process, pack, and quality-check your items (to ensure your women’s fashion pieces arrive in perfect condition). Here’s our standard processing timeline:

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).
  • Peak Seasons: During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday shopping in November–December, or new collection launches), processing may take 2–3 business days—we’ll post updates on our homepage if delays are expected.
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Made-to-order pieces (e.g., custom-sized dresses) require extra processing time (3–5 business days) due to their unique production—this will be noted on the product page before you add the item to your cart.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order is processed and ready to ship, followed by a second email with tracking details once it leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

We partner with trusted carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to offer flexible shipping options that fit your needs. Delivery timelines start from the day your order ships (not the day you place it) and do not include weekends or holidays.

3.1 U.S. Domestic Shipping

    • Cutoff Time: To qualify for express shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST (noon) on a business day—orders placed after this time will start processing the next business day.

    • Carriers: We use international carriers like DHL Express or USPS International, depending on the destination.
    • Important Notes:
      1. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees—these are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer (Meshkn does not cover these costs).
      2. Customs processing can cause delays beyond our control—if your order is held by customs, check with your local customs office for next steps, or email us for help with documentation.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total, shipping destination, and selected shipping option. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order before checkout—simply add items to your cart, enter your shipping address, and the cost will update automatically.

4.1 U.S. Domestic Shipping Discounts

We offer free standard shipping to U.S. customers to make your shopping experience more affordable:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Applied automatically to all U.S. orders with a total of $100 or more (before taxes). No promo code required—this discount will appear at checkout.
  • Limited-Time Promotions: During special events (e.g., new collection launches, customer appreciation weeks), we may offer free express shipping or reduced shipping costs for lower order totals—check our homepage or email newsletters for updates.

4.2 International Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and destination. For example:

  • A small order (e.g., 1 blouse) to Canada may cost $15–$20.
  • A larger order (e.g., 1 dress + 1 pair of pants) to the United Kingdom may cost $25–$35.

5. Packaging & Item Protection

We take extra care to package your women’s fashion pieces to ensure they arrive in the same condition as they leave our warehouse:

  • All items are wrapped in soft, acid-free tissue paper to protect fabrics (especially delicate materials like silk, lace, or linen).
  • Dresses, coats, and outerwear are shipped in breathable garment bags to prevent wrinkles and damage.
  • Small items (e.g., accessories, intimates) are packed in sturdy, branded Meshkn boxes to avoid crushing during transit.
  • If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them in one box (if possible) to reduce packaging waste—if items are shipped separately (e.g., due to size or inventory location), you’ll receive separate tracking links for each package.

6. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

We track every order to ensure it reaches you on time—but if you encounter an issue, here’s how we can help:

6.1 Delayed Packages

  • If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time:
    1. First, check the tracking link in your shipping email—carriers sometimes update tracking with delays (e.g., weather-related issues, high shipping volume).
    2. If tracking shows the package is “In Transit” but hasn’t updated in 3+ business days (U.S.) or 7+ business days (international), email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We’ll contact the carrier to investigate and share an updated delivery timeline.

6.2 Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows your package was “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
    1. Check with your household members, neighbors, or building manager—carriers sometimes leave packages with a trusted person or in a safe location (e.g., porch, garage, mailroom).
    2. If you still can’t find the package, email us within 5 business days of the “Delivered” timestamp. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer you a full refund or a free replacement (your choice).
  • If tracking shows the package is “Lost” or “Undeliverable” (e.g., incorrect address):
    1. We’ll notify you immediately if the carrier marks your package as lost.
    2. We’ll either issue a full refund (including shipping costs) or reship your order—whichever you prefer.

Note: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you (e.g., wrong street number, missing apartment number), we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address. You’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package—if you choose not to resend, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

7. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item (per our Customer Service Policy), we make the shipping process easy:

  • U.S. Customers: We provide a pre-paid return label (sent via email when you request a return/exchange) at no cost to you.
