Meshkn Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meshkn’s website (the “Site”), including browsing our women’s fashion collection, creating an account, placing orders, and interacting with our content. All content on the Site—including product photos, descriptions, logos, brand names (“Meshkn”), color schemes, and website design—is owned by Meshkn or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use this content for any purpose other than using the Site as permitted by these Terms.

Trademarks: “Meshkn” and our logos are registered trademarks—you may not use them (e.g., in your own branding, on counterfeit products) without our written consent.
Product Content: Product photos and descriptions are for your personal use (e.g., deciding to purchase an item)—you may not repost them on other platforms (e.g., social media, e-commerce sites) without our permission.

6. Site Content Accuracy & Updates

We strive to keep the Site’s content accurate and up-to-date, including product details (sizes, colors, prices), shipping information (global free shipping, 6–12 day delivery), and return policies (60-day returns). However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free:

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Before taking legal action, please contact us at [email protected]—we’ll work with you to resolve the issue informally (e.g., fixing a billing error, replacing a defective item) within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any legal action must be filed in:

The state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California (for claims where the total amount is more than $10,000), or
Binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California (for claims where the total amount is $10,000 or less), per the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration related to these Terms—all disputes must be resolved individually.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Purchase, make up the entire agreement between you and Meshkn regarding your use of the Site. They replace any prior agreements (e.g., oral promises, old versions of the Terms).
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable (e.g., by a court), the rest of the Terms will still apply.
No Waiver: If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms (e.g., allowing a late return), it does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
